I am a Hampton Roads criminal defense attorney with more than a decade of courtroom experience on both sides of the criminal justice system. 

Before co‑founding Fellers Law, I served as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney in Norfolk and later as a Public Defender, giving me a rare 360‑degree understanding of how criminal cases are charged, pressured, negotiated, and tried. I know how prosecutors think because I used to be one—and I now use that insight to stand up for people when the system is stacked against them and fight back with skill, strategy, and conviction.

Long before I ever stepped into a courtroom, I learned grit the old‑fashioned way—working in my family’s restaurants in the Shenandoah Valley, starting before I could even see over the counter. Long hours. High pressure. No excuses. That mindset still defines how I practice law: no shortcuts, no posturing, and no backing down when things get tough.

I began my career prosecuting thousands of cases in Norfolk, earning a reputation for meticulous preparation and commanding courtroom presence. I later made a deliberate shift to defense as a Public Defender for the City of Norfolk, where I litigated contested hearings, tried complex cases, and stood beside people at the most serious moments of their lives. That experience sharpened my trial skills and reinforced my belief that every client deserves honesty, dignity, and an aggressive defense.

Advocacy has always been the through‑line of my life. Long before I held a law license, I stood up for people who needed someone in their corner. That instinct didn’t change when I became a prosecutor or a public defender—it sharpened. 

I believe I was given the ability to argue, analyze, and lead under pressure for a reason, and I take seriously the responsibility to protect, defend, and advocate for others when their freedom, future, and reputation are on the line. This is my profession—but more than that, it’s my mission.

Leadership has been a constant throughout my career. I’ve trained and mentored legal interns and taught courtroom testimony classes for police officers, giving me rare insight into how credibility is built—and how it’s challenged at trial.

I earned my Juris Doctor from Penn State Law, where I served on the Executive Board of the Penn State Law Review, won the Best Casenote Award, and had my article on government regulations selected for publication. I also held selective positions including Judicial Law Clerk for the Centre County Court of Common Pleas, Summer Associate for Altria, Law Clerk for the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office, and worked in Washington, D.C. in bipartisan government relations.

I’m the co‑founder of Fellers Law, built alongside my husband, Brandon, out of a shared commitment to deliver more than assembly‑line representation. Together, we built a defense firm grounded in hard work, integrity, and relentless advocacy.

Today, I provide aggressive, strategic criminal defense across Hampton Roads, including Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Newport News, and Hampton. I prepare early, litigate decisively, and stay trial‑ready from day one. I don’t posture. I prepare. And I don’t back down when my client’s future is on the line.

Outside the courtroom, I’m a devoted wife and mother, a proud Greek, and a self‑described holiday enthusiast who loves “all things that sparkle.” Serious about outcomes. Authentic with people.
